Housing Trust Group is an award-winning full-service developer of multifamily residential communities across the Southeast and Southwest U.S. It is also the largest developer of affordable housing in Florida, with a portfolio that includes more than 6,000 affordable apartments across the state. HTG develops, builds and manages a diverse portfolio of affordable housing, workforce housing, market-rate housing and mixed-use developments. Rieger joined the company in 2004 and has been a principal and president and CEO since 2011.

It helps keep multigenerational families together, which gives people the freedom to start new businesses and sparks entrepreneurial activity, and that in turn helps neighborhood revitalization. It's ripple-turned-wave effect.
