Housing Trust Group develops multifamily residential communities across the Southeast and Southwest U.S. Its transactions exceed $3 billion. It is also the largest developer of affordable housing in Florida, with more than 6,000 affordable apartments statewide. Rieger, who used to practice law, joined the company in 2008 and has been president and CEO since 2011.
