Best Affordable Residential Project

Courtside Apartments, the affordable housing development by Housing Trust Group and Alonzo Mourning, that opened in Miami's Overtown last year has picked up another recognition. The project is among the finalists of the South Florida Business Journal Structure Awards, which honor standout real estate projects completed in the last year. Courtside is a finalist for the category.
