Kissimmee Cove

Kissimmee Cove will deliver 73 affordable apartments, including spacious one- and two-bedroom residences for families earning at or below 30%, 60% and 70% of the area median income (AMI). The community will feature thoughtfully designed interiors with full-size Energy Star appliances, quartz countertops, luxury tile flooring, and washer and dryer connections. Residents will have access to a multi-purpose club room, resort-style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, library, bike station, and bike station. Kissimmee Cove will also incorporate energy-efficient and impact-rated windows and other sustainability and resiliency features designed to promote long-term efficiency and resident comfort.
