Forest Glen will include 72 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units ranging from 680 to 947 square feet. Built across more than 11 acres, the development will encompass more than 71,300 square feet of space featuring a multipurpose club house, state of the art fitness center, BBQ grill stations, luxury swimming pool, bocce ball court, and dog park.Residents will benefit from weekly check-ins, access to social and wellness events, and a financial management program.In partnership with HFH Supportive Housing, Forest Glen will have 80 affordable units for seniors earning at or below 40% and 60% of the area median income (AMI).
