Artisan Pointe

Located at 26115 S. Dixie Highway in South Miami-Dade, Artisan Pointe will deliver 115 affordable apartments for families earning at or below 30%, 60% and 70% of the area median income (AMI). The community will feature thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom residences with open-concept floor plans, contemporary kitchens with generous storage, Energy Star appliances, private balconies, washer and dryer connections, and energy-efficient windows. Residents will have access to a clubhouse with gathering and recreation spaces, a co-working business center, fitness center, outdoor recreational areas, bike storage, package room, and on-site management and maintenance. The community will also include accessible residences, a comprehensive security camera system, and will be certified under the National Green Building Standard (NGBS). Developed in partnership with the AM Affordable Housing and Naranja Lakes Community Redevelopment Agency, Artisan Pointe will contribute much-needed affordable housing while supporting the continued revitalization of South Miami-Dade.
