Oscar Rodriguez - Senior VP of Development

Oscar Rodriguez is a Real Estate Development Professional with 14 years experience in the South Florida market. During the last decade, Oscar played various key roles in asset management, acquisition of distressed assets, financing, design and execution of projects and governmental relations.

Oscar served as Senior Vice-President of Development for the Related Group of Florida. As such, he oversaw several high rise developments in Florida from the conceptual phase to completed construction. He led development teams, financial institutions, general contractors, architects, engineers and designers in the realization of The Related Group projects. Oscar was also responsible for the overall community and government relations of The Related Group.

Oscar is currently a board member of the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Miami, was previously the Vice President of the Builders Association of South Florida, and has served as an Executive Board Member of the Urban Land Institute. Oscar attended the University of Florida, majoring in Business Administration and Public Relations.
