Matthew Rieger, Esquire - Senior Vice President

Matthew serves as Chief Legal Officer for Housing Trust Group.  In this capacity he is responsible for the overall coordination of all legal related matters and for achieving the company’s legal goals.

Prior to joining Housing Trust Group, Matthew was an associate with the law firm of Broad and Cassel. During his tenure at Broad and Cassel, Matthew was involved in over $1 Billion Dollars worth of transactions including acquisitions, development, re-financings, and joint ventures in the U.S and abroad.

Matthew is a member of the Florida Bar Association and American Bar Association. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Florida.
