From our corporate offices in Coconut Grove, Florida, Housing Trust Group provides support services for a variety of affiliated real estate companies, each providing their own specialized products and services. Our real estate transactions exceed more than two billion dollars in commercial, land and residential developments across Florida and beyond. All companies are overseen by the following departments:

Compliance Department
The Compliance Department is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines. These programs include Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504, Housing Quality Standards and various Affordable Housing Programs including LIHTC, SAIL, BOND and HOME.

Management Department
Besides managing properties developed by HTG, we also offer full-service, third-party management. We understand the concerns of property owners and our management style is designed to provide results and confidence in our abilities. Our management group is the best in the industry and works to maximize the potential of your property while maintaining it for the future.

Marketing and Leasing Services
This department implements strategies and plans to market a development through various forms of advertisement that best suit the property and surrounding community.

The Marketing Department also organizes and implements our Quality Services Program -- "QSP." This program is specially designed to provide our residents with a variety of educational and social activities in their apartment community. The QSP is just one more reason why our residents love calling their HTG community "home!"
