C.J. Maier - Project Director

As Project Director, C.J. has a vast understanding and proficiency in managing Multifamily and Commercial Properties, including Distressed Assets and Value-Add properties which are not limited to: acquisitions, underwriting and performing due diligence, hiring vendors and contractors, marketing, and implementing long-term goals for the asset.  He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations for multiple projects, which include budget tracking and forecasting, sales, leasing, closings, employees, construction / renovation, capital expenditures, and time-line management.

C.J. has been with Housing Trust Group since 2005, prior to 2005, C.J. was with Crescent Heights of America as serving as a Project Manager for a 1200 unit project in Sunny Isles and as an Acquisition Analyst, where he was an integral part of the acquisition of more than 4000 units throughout the country.   Prior to that he was a commercial Real Estate Broker with Marcus and Millichap.

C.J. earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida.
